1. Scope

This Privacy Policy explains how Heartland Data Co LLC ("Heartland," "we," "us") collects, uses, and shares personal information when you visit heartlanddataco.com (the "Site"), contact us, or communicate with us about our data licensing services (the "Services").

What this policy does not cover. Heartland acts as an intermediary between organizations that license data ("Data Sellers") and companies that acquire it ("Data Buyers"). Unless a separate written agreement says otherwise, we do not purchase, host, or process Data Sellers' datasets. Any personal information contained in a dataset licensed between a Data Seller and a Data Buyer is governed by that Data Seller's and Data Buyer's own privacy policies and agreements, not this policy. If you believe your information is in a dataset held by one of those companies, please contact that company directly.

We do not sell personal information we collect about Site visitors or business contacts to Data Buyers.
